Bivols still the better fighter out the two for me but Beterbiev is just rock solid, keeps coming and even his jabs/short punches hurt opponents

This clown show (Paul Vs Tyson) over shadowing another potential classic between Taylor and Serrano.

Had to fast forward Tyson fight. Shouldn’t have happened. Belter between Taylor v Serrano though

It’s a joke it was recorded as a professional fight.

All just silly. It was either ‘Well done, he’s 58.’ Or ‘Haha, he’s 58’

Wow. That was during the fight?

Yeah if it was a proper fight would have just taken his head off

End of last round with a few seconds left. Reminded me of when ortiz
had headbutted Mayweather, went to shake his hand as an apology and Mayweather sparked him out

Just found it

Shambles. Fully expecting that floppy haired twat to announce he’s fighting Santa Claus on Christmas Day next.

Shouldn't have been licensed ( no normal boxing state would license it). It's a carnival fight.

A 58 year old man who was washed up in his last proper fights 20 odd years ago. Probably a good job they were using 14oz gloves and the rounds were only 2 minutes.
Then Paul is calling out Canelo - just laughable. Lose to Tommy Fury and think you can fight Canelo. That's a fight I would consider paying to see. ( Damn fallen for Paul's cons)

Paul is a grifter but he's making big money with this nonsense.

The thing is, he is paying big money for people to fight him and his WWE nonsense.

Get him in there with froch

Froch is 47.
As disappointing as Tyson was the fact Paul couldn't inflict any real damage on a spent 57 year old shows how poor he really is.
Maybe it's the Gen X in me but i don't get how these "fights" generate views.

Bellew is clearly angling for the big pay day and would absolutely destroy him.

However, the fact we’re talking about retired boxers fighting this fucking clown is ridiculous and shows how much of an absolute farce it is.

Don’t know why people entertain the pantomime. It’s ruined regular boxing for me.

This is the thing. Loads of people moaning about it being a pantomime, and it certainly is, but if people weren’t buying tickets and streams it wouldn’t be happening.

I can't understand why everyone is so keen to look knowledgeable on boxing and pretend it's something it isnt. Most viewers are casual fans to the big events and that's ok. I include myself in that number.

It's entertainment, supply and demand dictate the purse. If you enjoy it watch, if you don't then there are thousands of other channels and streams available. Personally I don't get the hype, but it sells tickets and each to their own.

If a decent, professional boxer (that isn't retired or someone like Tommy Fury) fought him, it wouldn't happen again either.

The only thing in fairness to him, is to step into a ring with Tyson. Even at nearly 60, he'd take 95% of people's heads off in the street if he wanted to.

Sorry, I meant a more established boxer would knock him out or there'd be no doubt of the result. TF struggled against him IIRC?

Plus if he wants to show how much of a "professional" boxer he is, then he needs to do full rounds/matchs.

Let's face it. I'd go in the ring with Tyson for that amount of money. I'm sure if I scripted it so he couldn't knock me out it would be even better.

So seems like Paul going to earn 40 million and Tyson 20 million. Of course they'll keep these circuses going.

For anyone who didn’t see Coventry boxer Aaron Bowen continued his unbeaten start to his pro career on the undercard of the Yafai/Edwards.

Eddie Hearn already talking about him possibly selling out a show at the Skydome.
