It's been a looong time since I last went to a CCFC game, and I've just ordered my tickets for the Birmingham match online, and it says I need to pick up my tickets from the Box Office.

But where is the box office? Anyone help?

I can't get my head around people buying tickets in advance, forget a big gate, less than 12000 including Birmingham fans if we are lucky. Just pay on the gate. When you go to collect your ticket you will spend atleast half an hour in the queue.

its £2 cheaper to buy in advance

I did it once and spent 35 mins in the queue to pick up the ticket,

turned to my mate and said "this is less than £4 a hour for my time, sod this", and have never pre booked since

I think they may have dropped that extra matchday charge this season to encourage walk-ups.

Do you get allocated a block / seat when you pay on the gate or are they working on the basis so there's so many empty seats now you can go where you like?

think they've stopped that this season, must have finally worked out whacking the price up on the day wasn't encouraging people to come down!

They now call it the box office because the only office we have left is just a box.

Go to the Ricoh and opposite the old store and ticket office is a cardboard box. Have a root through and your ticket will be in there somewhere.
