Two things.

One ......

Today was their first defeat in 16 games. Now that's what I call a run!!

Two ....

Anyone see the third goal Walsall scored against them today?

Walsall player running in from the right wing and just outside the box there is a challenge and the forward goes down under the challenge, along with the defender and both players lay prostrate on the floor. The ball meanwhile harmlessly bobbles into the box.

A Bournemouth defender picks the ball up to give back to Walsall in readiness for the up and coming free kick ....... only the ref never blew for a free kick and promptly awards a penalty ... for hand ball against the player who has just picked the ball up!!!

Shocking schoolboy stuff!

This happened during a game at school that I played in :L one of our team felt he was fouled, and jumped up and caught box in our own box. Best bit was he was smallest kid on the pitch.

Why? He didn't prevent a goalscoring opportunity so the handball wouldn't be a red card offence.
