Imagine being at the back of the queue and being told it is sold out when all along you could just get your phone out and buy tickets.

If it did sell out would be a real shame to see all those empty seats between the home and away fans. Surely such a gap isn't necessary for Bournemouth.

It shows that there's a lot of fans who won't buy online

Can see why people are going up to buy. A lot don't buy things online still and it's cheaper to buy on the day not having to print out etc.

Still plenty left in Telegraph. Have to remember there's 2 blocks unopened for pay on the gate still and the social distancing seats.

Wonderful.

4 years ago we were playing Crawley away. 8 years ago fans were watching from a hill.

Atmosphere is going to be ridiculous today. Cannot wait.

My partner has bailed, so I’m bringing a mate along with the spare ST I have. He’s a Man U fan, but he’s been to way more Cov games (including L2 days) so at this stage he’s basically a closet Sky Blue.

Given the obvious demand, you'd think the potg allocation will go. I think they are already selling the closed blocks in North stand, and behind the goal will fill. The main issue now is time, 3 or 4 ticket office staff can probably only shift 350-400 tickets an hour.

Should be fine I think. The system up there is much more efficient than the old days.

They've opened 30-35 for pay on the gate today. You'd hope that extends to 28-29.

Great if we could fill half of that stand too, our brilliant safety advisory group will put a stop to that though

I recon most Man U fans have been to more Coventry games than Man U games. In fact I’m thinking I’ve never met a Man U fan who’s ever been to a Man U game.

27-30 will be sold out before gates open I'd say. There are hundreds in the queue and this is where they'll all be buying.

Hope you're right and it all goes smoothly though.

I did manage to successfully convert someone from a Liverpool to Coventry fan once. He goes to as many games as work will let him.
