Can’t really dissagree.. we did manage to avoid administration pretty well, but we did get bailed out by lineker and heskey in the endI’m not even that bothered about Leicester as a ‘rival’. It was good for football when they won the league.
The thing I despise the club for is that they were the ones that got away scot-free when going into administration all those years ago.
Absolutely no punishment whatsoever, debts gone just like that and they could start again with no issues.
Every other club that’s suffered administrations since then have suffered.
One could argue that the clubs shouldn’t get to that point and they’d be correct but the fact still stands that Leicester were lucky that the helped shape the rules, not fall foul of them.

Instead we went the other way, piled debt onto debt, sold our “home” built an over ambitious stadium, sold our eventually resulting in what and where our club now is in the end of spurious owners and soon to be without a home ground and still in debt.
