I had Oxford and Wednesday at the start of tge season, but Charlton were the 3rd and I'm so far miles off with that, they're going really well.Oxford and Sheffield Wednesday clearly look the 2 likeliest for the drop. Not sure about Norwich though as a new manager bounce could soon improve their situation. We are only just over a third into the season so so much can yet happen, and the evidence of previous year's suggests at least one team that might appear relatively safe at this time will drop like a stone into a relegation flight, we just don't know who. Portsmouth, Blackburn, QPR and Swansea could all end up struggling to stay up, but I wouldn't rule out a number of others just yet.

I mean they’re not wrong, we have been lucky at times. Against Watford another day they take there chances, Wrexham we were dier, Sheff Utd first half meh but came back brilliantly we played well, Stoke was a hard fought contest but it was gonna take a bit of magic for either side to win it of course we were slightly more open as the more attacking fluid side but yeah. I’d say at times we have rode our luck and its not an insult to be lucky you make your own luckDidn’t know where to put it but the second tier podcasts review of our game was that Stoke had the better chances and Coventry have been getting lucky in recent weeks, their reluctance to admit they were wrong about us and Lampard is hilarious.

I think we’re a few points below where we should beIt’s all swings and roundabouts though. You didn't mention the Norwich game which on any other day we would have won comfortably, and Wright could and perhaps should have scored a winner against Oxford when he hit the bar with a free shot right in front of goal. Things tend to even out over a season and at the moment I think we are where we should be.
5-8?I think we’re a few points below where we should be
Oxford and Norwich +4 and possibly Leicester away 1 less5-8?
How about Hull?Oxford and Norwich +4 and possibly Leicester away 1 less
So should be 37
Thats because I was only talking about recently, however I do agree with youIts all swings and roundabouts though. It's pretty much a certainty now. Even a point a game should itBookies have us so nailed on for a top half finish, we're the only team you cant bet on.... one step at a time!
Still got Matty Godden to come back in. He's had knee surgery so he might take time once he's fit againHowever unlikely it looks at the moment and not predicting it will definitely happen, but Charlton are a team that could easily go on a winless 10 game run and fall back into a relegation struggle.
Yep 71 pointsThe crazy thing is 1.2 ppg from now (which is not much better than relegation form) would probably get us into the playoffs
It’s the same for playoffs too. We’d have to hit rock bottom relegation form to not finish in the playoffs, let alone the top half!Bookies have us so nailed on for a top half finish, we're the only team you cant bet on.... one step at a time!

Ipswich are winning against Stoke right now.Southampton are the team who worries me the most, Ipswich are too inconsistent at the moment.
Stoke are dropping off badly, 4 losses in 5. Soon to be 5 in 6 if Ipswich win.Ipswich are winning against Stoke right now.
How exactly does that work?
We're still favourites to win the league but have dropped to 4th to get promoted..

They already played 11 at home? Wow..so only 9 away.Stoke are dropping off badly, 4 losses in 5. Soon to be 5 in 6 if Ipswich win.
Ipswich’s home form has been bang on this season, 6-4-1 if they win tonight. It’s their away form that’s iffy.
As impressive as Southampton have been, it’s been weighted towards their home performances. They lost their biggest test away at Millwall.

The book isn't really true odds it is a reflection of how much money has been placed on particular events possibly modified by inside information the bookies have got. That's a bit strange, if I've read that right, we're odds on to win the league, but more than 3/1 to win promotion.
Could be I'm missing something, but if I was a betting man it looks like the value is in the latter punt at the moment.
I don't think those odds quite make sense.
You need a second look I think.

1/10 from what I can see. Which site are you looking at?It still says 10/3 for promotion. The odds change once clicked on.
Promotion via playoffs.
