Sunderland have been rubbish this season, and will more than likely lose their best player (Jack Clarke).
Unless they spend loads, i really cant see them doing well.
Middlesboro seem to have come from nowhere to have a brilliant end of season, so i can see the logic of them doing well next year.
Portsmouth and Derby will likely struggle unless they invest heavily.
