Before the ball is kicked, Thomas and Cook collide but the ball isn't live so no foul, Cook gets back up to challenge Thomas for the header. When he's in the air, Thomas is clear of all the defenders so no foul. The keeper is the dodgy one, if you look at the start of the replay, he tries to push Saka over and is out of position when Thomas hits the empty net, that should have been a penalty, so fuck em I say!!
