Yes, I will say he has never seen them and will need to defend his investigation

Timing. Anyway, why can't CCFC(H) Ltd & SBS&L find them? They seem to include some pretty important documents!

Because Bob have them?

Nobody seem to ask the question: Where did he get them ... who gave them to him?

Frankly my dear, that's bullshit. The two statements don't have to contradict each other. You want to build a case, you have to make it watertight and x + y = 97 doesn't.

no they don't, but the burden is on shitsu to prove this. until that has taken place they contradict each other.

your far too quick to give them the benefit of doubt.

Still, interesting to know what we paid for Julian Darby and the fact that the Premier League Golden Share looks like it was made on 123certificates.com

I haven't read it yet, but as a test of my memory, it was reported as £75k for Darby... so now you get a chance for me to see how faulty my recollection of near 20 years past is

Acl have voiced concerns about the admin process.

They or anyone else have to limit what they say, or sisu/Appleton would have them in court.

Ainsworth on the other hand is free to say what he likes.

does it matter?

surely the important question is why the documents weren't available in the administration process, who was holding on to them?

I really wish you'd stop repeating yourself...

I however will repeat myself. if you can;t see how those two statements don't contradict each other, then look again.

And look again.

And again until you do see that. take away the skewed glasses, and look at the words you quoted, and what's in front of you.

So when hinting people are liars, make sure there's a valid statement behind that, as opposed to a desperation to link things together.

Who is feeding Bob and leaking documents? What's his interest?

Out of interest, would these details be available to the commoner gardener shareholder, or would the formation of Ltd. and its EGM be restricted just to the Robinson/Richardson dream team?

If the former it's all pretty public after all!

Absolutely right, why did Mr Appleton not dig deep enough and why did the football club hold them back?

It's still to see if there's even a case to hear, so I'd assume the answer is as before, either a yep go ahead and make the case at a later date, or don;t bother us, there's no case to answer?

I would hazard a guess that an ex-director or company secretary supplied them, there is quite a long list.

Ah, you think it's done to bring out the truth?

Well, I am not sure how these old documents can tell the truth of today.

And why do you think the documents have been hidden? Maybe they have already been shown to Appelton together with more recent documents making the old ones void and of no importance.
I don't know, but I can't dismiss the possibility. Can you?

This information is game changing, why all the lies from SISU, and now we know why Appleton rushed the sales process, as he would have had to fund the football club in Administration. He has also cheated Cov fans as he could have matched the Ricoh with football team before he marketed the assets. Now he will need to consider his position as liquidator and the FL and FA will need to consider how they respond. Looks like ACL were right re the assets.

All CCFC fans want to know the facts one way or the other.
If it is not explained satisfactory we will continue to believe that SISU knowingly allowed the assets to be transferred from Ltd to Holdings. That the FA/FL were duped by SISU into accepting registrations in holdings despite CCFC already advising them that the club was all in Ltd. That ACL acted to avoid CCFC liquidation, safe in the belief that administration would lead to CCFC (complete with all assets) being purchased, closely followed by a acceptable bidder for the Ricoh. That these documents were withheld from the over paid administrator who really didn't want to be bothered to find them.

It doesn't say 'just' but it does read as though it was recently.

Bob Ainsworth is today placing in the public domain documents that he has sent to the Football League and to the FA concerning Coventry City Football Club. These documents have also been given to the Administrator/Liquidator, Mr Paul Appleton.

Read the documents, Joe is not a signatory to any of the minutes, Jepson, McGinnity & Richardson were present most of the time.

The last filed accounts of Limited and Holdings would seem to match the 1995 documents exactly. I suggest Appleton may now have issues with his Insolvency Practitioners Association, start writing.

I would like to know where I can raise the issue & have a template letter to send.. something for the trust to investigate.

no i cant, but Bob Ainsworth certainly must think that they do tell the truth or he wouldn't be running with it.

hey, perhaps shitsu have planted them with him so that he does run with them and then at the eleventh hour they will pull the rug out from under his feet and provide documents proving that they were transferred back to holdings at a later date long before the admin process started in an attempt to discredit a labour PM and throw more shit at the local labour party in an attempt to also discredit the local labour led council.

i guess the only problem with that conspiracy theory is that they would then have to explain to the FL when the assets were transferred and why they didn't register this with them.

Too complicated for Mr Elliot, these would have come from a much brighter source, but whoever it is needs a knighthood, as more resourceful than the Administrators, bet they are not paid £400 per hour.

Correct, SISU obviously not disclosed documents otherwise why would their lawyers write the letter of 22 March to the Football League? They have blatantly lied to the FL and Administrators
