From CT:
The club’s directors, including Ken Dulieu who is back in Portugal, Leonard Brody who is currently in Vancouver, vice-chairman John Clarke, chief executive Paul Clouting and Sisu front man Onye Igwe held a weekly conference call board meeting early yesterday evening but claim they did not discuss the takeover bid.
Now , before you all jump to the wrong conclusions and start the usual name calling because you don't believe the board didn't discuss the takeover bid, I urge you to consider these two very reasonable and simple explanations:
1) The conference was a collect call and nobody wanted to pay for it.
2) The conference was scheduled for 2 hours and Brody used up all the time reporting what he has read on this board.
See - it's probably not a conspiracy after all.
