Wright took his goal well I thought but yes he looked a bit awkward otherwise. Binks was excellent defensively I thought and very composed with the ball. When he doesn't have time to think he is very good in possession, he either hits a simple one touch pass or brings it out and puts the opposition on the back foot . When he has time to think he dithers a bit and hits a pass into trouble or launches it long .Wright took his goal well I thought but yes he looked a bit awkward otherwise. Absolutely. Palmer really needs to look at Allen's work off the ball & how he finds pockets of space etc.He's just a very clever footballer , he finds space well and moves the ball on quickly .
I thought he started brightly and was up around their penalty area when we were attacking but looked lost once Kelly went off. Allen is great between the defence and midfield lines of the opponent. And nicking in to grab the ball off someone. Less so in a more static holding role. On showings so far he starts ahead of Ayari in the 10 role for me.
