He's a good player.

We struggled at times without him until we were able to sign a replacement in January.

In reality he's not been missed, you only have to look at our defensive record to see that.

He chips in with at least a couple of goals a season too. Our defenders havnt really looked like chipping in this season. I thought McNally would and maybe Doyle.

Yes was a good player for Coventry and still missed.

Carter grabbing a late equaliser today deserves a mention. That draw does help our cause as Blackburn do have a shot at play-offs

A very good servant to us, and a decent player too. Luckily we haven't missed him too much, particularly since McNally's arrival, but he would definitely have helped in the spell when McFadzean was injured and we leaked a lot of soft goals.

I wonder if the plan here was for Hyam to ultimately replace McFadzean in the middle of our back 3. Robins clearly wasn't happy that he had to be sold and im not surprised to see he's done well since the move.

If we get promoted with loans, who's going to care?

If anything it shows brilliant financial management. We sell a player for 1.5 million (allegedly) to get us through a challenging financial mess, and replace him with loans who cost very little, and (potentially) finish in the playoffs.

And good luck to Hyam, I'm genuinely pleased for the guy, he has improved every year since he joined us in league 2, and I'm delighted to see him get that award at Blackburn.

A team of loans is fine *if* you go up. The Mowbray years showed what can happen if you don't however.

Panzo was top scorer pre-season. I think he then got 1 all season although to be fair to him not played much since xmas.
