she's got a point hasn't she? how many retail outlets close on Christmas Eve? Especially ones where customers have been reporting they're having to make last minute trips to the shop as items ordered weeks ago haven't shown up.

sure it was a bit of a dumb post but not entirely sure she's wrong to assume a shop would be open Christmas Eve and even less sure she's deserving of the abuse and pile on.
