I do feel for Lampard as he is clearly stressed out and he is working with scraps for squad depth all week.

The fact is that King fucked up the summer transfer window, we have got ourselves in a great position, and unless he pulls his finger out his arse he is going to let our best chance at getting promoted ever slip away.

This is not good enough. We need a serious January window because otherwise the wheels are going to come off.

Losing that in that manner to such an average team is unforgivable.

Dissapointing as I felt we deserved a draw. Some truly sloppy goals but I thought our overall play was good. Rushworth didn't make the saves today. It happens.

Gutted rudoni and emc in particular end up on losing team.

But goals conceded aside I thought we were better team and should have had a pen.

No guarantees team take advantage of this loss. So let's wait and see

No panic from me still. We are not playing badly imo

Get a week's rest in and I think we return to winning ways Vs Leicester and maybe even Stoke before that depending on selection.

Not good enough all round. Too many players just not at it. Defensively an utter shambles.

Even when we went 3-2 down it was mostly the same one paced ponderous passing.

Question, who wouldn't have took our position now at the start of the season? Especially after the Hull game?

We didn’t really look like getting back in it once they got the 3rd. Criminal by Thomas who is now missing for 3 games

Fact is most were blinded on our summer window as he announced the stadium didn't he with a week to go and there were posters saying "he doesn't need to make another signing now for me, thats enough"

He bought the stadium, knowing it makes us more desirable as a package so there was no risk there.

He has been very conservative on paying transfer fees, hes trying to get us promoted on the cheap. We are at real risk of blowing it now.

Lost to a poor side who seemed to fight harder than we did. Poor discipline defensively lost us the game. Really let down by this part of the team.

Awful at the back today.

What was most annoying was second half we came out, got at them and they looked rattled. We scored and rather than carryon doing that we dropped off and let another goal in immediately. just nowhere near good enough.

Also Thomas being an idiot. Even if we're looking like losing why give the ref the excuse to send you off and for you to miss the next two league games.

We need reinforcements. Even our best players look knackered. We can't play any of the first team in the cup - we have to rest them.

No idea when we are actually going to get a penalty again at this point. Frustrating match deserved a draw minimum. Defence all over the place again which seems to happen when we switch up personale.

It was obvious in the summer we'd fucked it up but because we had a storming start with a fresh squad people wouldn't have it.

Send the players away for a week and get them back and fit raring to go a week Monday, if any first teamer plays against Stoke, I don't want to hear a fucking word from Lampard about having a small squad.

This is true. And when we are late the reason isn’t usually because we were in the pub until closing time like painters, brickies etc.

My 6 week old can defend better than da Silva.

Going to be the worse bottle in the championship history at this rate.

I just dont see it being enough. We were probably 2 or 3 short in the summer, so what realistically should.be 2 or 3 now, is maybe 5 or 6 needed. I dont see how we're bring in 5 or 6 players good enough to turn this round?
Were a LB, CM, LW, RW, ST short minimum. Possibly even a 10. 6 short. Not a chance are we bringing in that many in this window. 2 to 3 at most.
