We've stopped doing the basics right.

You could say it's been months, Rushworth was pretty much MOTM for 6-7 games running in Oct/Nov, thinking of Watford and other games.

Too many players out of form. MVE and Tats having mares, Rudoni still under the weather...

Need to pick it up second half. If we do, can see us winning but not with a repeat performance of that half.
How long can rudoni be excused though? Same as mve having a cough.

Hoping for a second half like against Derby earlier in the season. The signs are there, definitely more goals in us. Just need to be better at the back. Back 4 aren’t playing as a unit.

So frustrating. Got to be better.

Simms has to look up for rudoni
Mve completely free and hits first man

Also the team are refusing to pass to sakamoto and I have no idea why as hes making things happen

We can still turn this around with our posssession but MVE and JDS need to sharpen up. Suspect Woolf will come on for Thomas due to his head injury

Not the January signing we wanted, but the signing we deserve.

Just loose as fuck at the back for their goals. Looked half asleep. Dominated possession, they’ve been clinical, we haven’t

Basics been absolutely dreadful as they have been for weeks, team looks devoid of any confidence.

MVE particularly poor again for me, these are here for the taking also. Early goal after the break their fans get on them and we can win this.

Still this.

Everyone looks scared on the ball, it’s an absolute world away from a few weeks ago.

Zero creativity or desire to do anything innovative or at times even get on the ball.

It’s a poor performance.

Genuinely worry every time they attack.

I think we've been OK on the ball Tbh. Could/should have scored 3 - Kitching has to score and Simms has to pull it back for Rudoni.

But we've been terrible at the back. MVE having an absolute shocker.

EMC should have done a lot better with his header, we've created chances, we've just had 2 awful brainfarts at the back

Rudoni needs a rocket up his arse. Start to impact games and not be a passenger.

Still don’t think a win is out of the question though.

Two absolute cloggers at the back, so feeding in high balls and slow attacks is counterproductive.

Lampard needed to address the glaring weakness of MVE getting caught out of position forward. That's on him.
Rudoni has muddied the waters in getting the ball out wide quickly to EMC and tats. Torp is a more straightforward option and a better choice when he's fit.

We've had most of the ball, should have been ahead when they scored the second, but conceded two goals where it looked as if the defence have never played together, the energy levels are low, and the decision making is terrible.

I can't see how that was alright.

Defensively all over the shop. Full backs ok going forward but defending they don’t close space or challenge or organise.

How is JDS getting more of the blame here than MVE?

Absolute amateur hour defending - he can see the and it’s a horrendous decision.

Boo boys always going to be boo boys I guess.

I said last year people get blinded by MVE as a attacking threat. But his defending is often very poor. He gets second chances due to his pace, but that doesn't make him good defensively.

That's it really. We have dominated for large portions of the game, in terms of possession, but they look really sharp when they counter and we have made mistakes at the back.

Kitch should have scored and Simms should have passed that one chance to Rudoni.

We need to be more clinical.

This performance and the last few have been a virtual plea for reinforcements. Having said that, MVE has been burnt out while KKH was there all along.
