Hopefully Davies keeps his job until after Sunday, think we will win this one 2-1. Glad Dasilva is back, really missed his attacking output on the left.

I really do not know what to make of this one

I think it is a good time for us to be playing each other, they are in a dreadful run of form and being as their half decent home form has fallen off a cliff I do think a convincing win for us sees the back of their manager

Flip the coin, our lads looked completely shattered and desperately in need of some reinforcements in the transfer window as well as our goals drying up - Play like we did yesterday and Blues have got a chance

Just get it out the way without any drama, play the Under 13s against Stoke in the cup for all I care and hopefully we can have Torp, Asante and a couple of new players in for the Leicester game and the next big push

We are probably playing them at the right time, as it looks as if they are going to spend big in this window to get promotion through the playoffs. Kai Wagner apparently arrived in the UK yesterday to sign for them. I guess he could be registered in time to play us but I can't see him getting much more than a cameo role at most.

Birmingham, like us, are going through a poor patch and I can see it being a nervy, scrappy game. I think it will be either be a low-score draw or Birmingham will scrape a win 1-0 or 2-1. The home advantage will be the difference, coupled with the tiredness of many of our players.

Also worth noting if anybody is driving over

Be very careful where you leave your car - It is rife at the minute in that particular area of Birmingham for cars parked whilst the football is on to be stripped of their parts by local scruffs

It's a hot topic amongst Blues fans at the minute as it seems to be happening nearly every week and the police seem to have zero interest in doing more than the bare minimum to stamp it out

What is the script here?

1. We smash the bin bag boys and bring an end to the Davies era.
2. We give Blues a leg up 3 points, Kyogo gets his first goal and a resurgent Davies leads them to the play offs.

I know what the old City would have done

Rushworth
MVE Thomas Kitching Dasilva
Grimes Eccles
Rudoni
Sakamoto Simms EMC

Fresh legs from Dasilva/Saka/EMC should give us more impetus, Wright to come off the bench. Very winnable.

Expecting a scrappy affair.

Not sure which way it will go, but thinking it might be a 1 nil win and from a penalty at last.

In fairness I agree, it is a non starter driving into Birmingham in any context at the minute, the city has become pretty much inaccessible by car and I try to avoid doing it at all costs

This is going to be a tough game, they are better than Charlton and decent at home. Would have taken a point in normal circumstances but feel like we could really do with 3 to get us back on track.

Stansfield is a big miss for them

He gets a lot of stick but I do think he is a decent little player albeit I think they did slightly overpay for him and they will be a far less potent threat with him not in the side

Let’s get some positivity back , we are much better than them , we are having the usual blip over a season , with all clubs trying extra hard to beat the league leaders ….. US !
We just haven’t had the rub of the green yet , but with our wingers , Dasilva & hopefully Rudi finally getting back to fitness , we will be back to winning ways .

I hope Simms isn't back on the bench and Wright starting. Hopefully back to 4 at the back with Mason-Clark and Sakamoto back.

Need to get straight on them! Use the current issues they have with the fans on their backs against them! Go 1-0 up early and things could get tasty

We always drive, usually parking in that Asda by the ground using a parking app. Safe there but takes more than an hour to get out. We're going on the train on Sunday, much easier. Not sure why we've not done that before. One of my neighbours is a Blues' STH and he always goes on the train.

That looks about right to me, unless FL decides to start with a back three which I don't think he will.

It would be good to have Torp on the bench but I suspect he won't have recovered, given the short turnaround between matches.

It would be great if Rudoni can at least give us some glimpses of his old form, which I have a feeling isn't too far away.

Stanfield could play.

He only has a dead leg, the scans having confirmed that he has no bone or ligament damage. All that Chris Davies has said is that "it's a little bit uncertain" as to whether he will play, but no doubt he is keeping his cards close to his chest.

Dead legs don't normally keep a player out for long although, having said that, wasn't Eccles out for 8 or 9 games with one at the start of this season or have I dreamt that?

So did I, which is why I feel a bit more optimistic that his form is returning. We certainly need him back to his best.
