I get the feeling it's something to do with the stadium. Maybe we've got enough money to buy 50%?

Hope so, the way CT are going on about 'printing extra copies' for tomorrow's paper. They've been bigging this story up for hours now.

Bearing in mind it was tweeted 5 hours ago it's probably just another article about todays statement...
Remember it's the Telegraph who seem to get their stories from fansites like this.

Hopefully i'm wrong & Abu Dhabi finace are feeling like a challenge

I remember when the Guardian were talking about a HUGE STORY breaking at 5pm, and it turned out to be that Inter were planning to bid for Gareth Bale.

I'm expecting very little. Please prove me wrong CET.

Well as a City fan it will more than likely be bad, however as a city fan there is always that little bot of me that thinks things are going to get big for us.

Actually figured it out.....

They've persuaded the polergeist on the front page today to sign for the city in a "Billy the Fish" type squad reorganisation

Can't see it being bad news, we've had our fair share of that over the past couple of weeks. And if it's buying a share of the arena, where have they got the money from?

They wouldn't build up bad news in such a way, I'd have thought.

It has to be good, new news.....right?

Cos if its just a recap of today's press statement I'm not gonna be happy.

Ditto if the new news mentions the word 'Administration'.

Wow, sounds impressive.
Can this really be something positive? are we going to be buying players other teams actually want? Will we own our own stadium? Or is it just gonna be another let down?

I remember this feeling, it's called excitment, how foolish of me.

As much as I would like it to be about this, I would be very concerned that they have held back funds just to buy 50% of the ground!! We need players to play on the pitch before we consider buying it, as its not like we're in danger of Cov Council kicking us out is it?? So surely saving our Championship status is more important than buying something that istn essential, at this moment in time??

Could it simply be they are announcing the new manager?

If it was the manager, it'd have to be a big name in order to be the biggest thing since we moved.

Trying not to get too excited about this big news. I think all of us need some good news after this week (season), hope were not disappointed .

How much will it cost to buy 50% of the reeko?

I thought you paid 1m in rent.

That 50% will need good returns for you to be breaking even next season.

It feels as if it will be good news for you guys.

Well they've definitely already sold copies to all of us!
I really hope it's a good story I've had enough of these anti-climax rubbish stories that just bring doom and gloom.

Maybe reading to much into it, but buying the Ricoh has always been a possibilty, so I can't see it being that.
