Just saw this on Twitter.
Looked such a healthy big fella as well.
RIP Cyrille - absolute legend. That goal he scored against Luton when he sprinted from the half way line and beat 3 or 4 men was one of my favourites at HR.

What did he die of? Used to see him at the City and looked as strong as an ox.
RIP Big fella.

Devastated, I know he is a West Brom man first but he will be forever a Sky Blue legend. RIP big Cyrille and thank you so much.

Coventry legend Cyrille Regis passes away aged 59. Died of a Heart Attack so upsetting news to wake up to.

Absolute City legend and scored crucial goals in our cup run.

He was brilliant for city.

Just in shock-far too young.

My wife and I in shock, and tearful. This is so sad. So many good memories. Our thoughts with his family, R. I. P. Cyril Regis.

Gutted. Lovely bloke who I met many times during his time here and after he had retired.
Absolute beast when he was on form. Always gave his best.
