Hoffman/Elliott just making statement on radio.

In summary....

Bid is Elliott & Hoffman, with Haskell as a partner.
Firstly they are finding out what in in CCFC Ltd, they are dealing with Administrator only.
The club & stadium go hand in hand as far as they are concerned.
Whether a fan or observer, it will only work if the club & stadium come together.
The golden share is the essential heart of the club.
If it turns out Golden Share is not in CCFC Ltd, they will have to review their approach.

Nothing to do with hypocrisy.....on the contrary,
this will be about being honest.
If the Council want guarantees they should be given them.
If the Council do not feel those guarantees will be honoured they have every right to hang on to what they have.....indeed, I would think they have a legal obligation to do so.
I can't see any hypocrisy there.

No one wanted a fecking hedge fund to land grab it all, other deals will be on the table for more trustworthy parties !!

No hypocrisy, I think the stadium needs protection against being leveraged to the hilt, otherwise we might end up owning £60M to a hedge fund or something, imagine that nightmare scenario.

Club and stadium should be under the same umbrella whoever the owner.
I am ready to accept anyone who can achieve that - If that is Hoffman/Elliott then so be it.
They messed up royally the last time around, but I will be happy to give them a second chance if they can start out with uniting the Ricoh and the club.

Sorry there are no sisu apologists. At least 5,000 worms at the game though. No wonder the pitch is in such a state.

All depends on if it benefits the club. If it does yes of not no.

ok, so if a bid comes in to buy the club, half the arena and a promise to develop adjoining land you'd be happy? i'm trying to work out your thinking is all.

That would CCFC's former vice-chairman not SISU's as he left the board due to way SISU were starting to run things. I think he is worthy of trust. He is a Sky Blue through and through.

No I'm not interested in land development. Obtaining a deal from the council to take over ACL and gain full control of the whole arena for revenues than managing the club within its own means does for me.

Some leading members of the trust don't accept we need to own the stadium. Also council don't wanna sell their share.
So on that basis I won't be holding my breath.

Brought Sisu in, went round to peoples houses to personally get their shares of them for Sisu, appointed by Sisu as the Vice-Chairman, quite happily there for three years with Sisu, and many years before Sisu happy with Richardson, Robinson and McGinnity.

Sky Blue through and and through he may be, doesn't stop him being an idiot.

maybe if we own at least half the arena we will feeel like a proper football club again, as it sure dont feel that way right now.

the amount of non cov fans that say to me "YOUR football ground is quality" which is swiftly followed by "its not OURS"

Another thread drowned prematurely in 'you like SISU' 'no, YOU like SISU' shit. This place is beyond awful, just shitty feuds.

Always diving in with anti Joe and Gary talk, normally bore us to death with Hoffman's Barclaycard career. As i see it there's no fucker else and i would rather my club in the hands of those two than who we have now, okay the sisu project hasn't worked but has deterioated since Elliott and Hoffman resigned. Elliott was never a board member in the Richardson era and only an associate director in the McGinnity years. We could debate those times until we are blue in the face but it's the future that concerns me, i think with Elliott and Hoffman we may have one.
