I used to be "Pah, it's minus 10, but nothing is going to stop me! I'm going and I am only donning a t-shirt and a pair of crocs to boot."

Nowadays I tend to be very much in the looking out the window and going "Oooh, it's a bit chilly" mode.

TBH, I've decided against it. It was freezing last night and after the nightmare on the M6 last night, I don't think I can stomach standing in the wind and the icy rain at Sphinx.

By the way, if anyone is going I know they're doing roadworks around the area. The entrance to Sphinx is still open to traffic but just further down by the bakery I think the road is closed off completely.,
