This is what gets me, are SISU in on this play and if so why.

Also Doug talked about ”trust” with Joy Being an important factor, so is she in on this also? If not, BD has given her ammo to stop the sale?

If MA buys out DK, then HoF own CCFC and the CBS. SISU will still have 15% of CCFC, so JS can claim she got hold of the ground after all!How would she own a bit of the CBS?
