I think the timeline doesn’t work for that to happen.

Sounds like just my cup of tea. I gave up thinking years ago. Highly overrated.

Any Human Heart, think it was a Ch 4 production. Fantastic acting with a story to match.

They've made a right arse of it. Episode 1 was, awful, it's got better since then but still poor and not a patch on S1 and 2.
What we're they thinking?

Yeah, enjoying it and love all the satire and clear anti-Trumpism.

Yeah it’s just nose dived. I was worried how they’d carry it on in this season. Part of the enjoyment and what was important for the first two seasons was the build up to creating the new restaurant…now they’re in it you wonder what’s next? A good review? Big woop

Struggling to get into this seasons House of the Dragon. Is it just me? Episode 4 was very good, the rest just haven't gripped me.

Putting off watching the bear after all the reviews I've seen.

Cracking on with Gen V before S4 of the boys. Very good

I've been really enjoying House of the Dragon. I like the slower burn episodes with the scheming and politics, feels more like the earlier Game of Thrones seasons.
Had completely lost interest in that universe after the end of Game of Thrones, but I'm properly back into it again

The Boys S4 has been fantastic, back on form after S3 meandered around. The Jetty on the beeb or I Player is a good watch.

I've finally gotten around to Better Call Saul, fantastic, matches sometimes surpassing Breaking Bad. I've got 4 episodes left.

The Acolyte, on Disney, another series created by Disney that basically retcons "old" Star Wars, has had really bad reviews so I wouldn't expect it to be renewed.

Mayor of Kingstown, absolutely brilliant. Loving it! My current favourite watch.

I think The Acolyte probably will get a second series as it's had good viewing figures, but yeah it's been pretty awful.
Who knew the one thing Star Wars was missing is interpretive dance

Tony Mokbel is in it.
It's a really good watch in my opinion. The original and better than all the Underbelly series and spin offs that followed as far as Im concerned.

And pretty mad that it all happened in a city regularly rated as one of the best in the world to live in.

I really enjoyed it. Took me back to those ‘84 Olympics and that rivalry with Jurgen Hinkson.
Maybe that’s the sort of character you have to have be a champion but…

Shout out to BBC Wales…
This week I watched an excellent doc about the role of women in the valleys during the miners strike.
Powerful stuff.
Also Included a bit about how the LGSM came to the valleys and the impact this had. The story that was dramatised in the film ‘Pride’.

I remember him winning gold in 80 & 84 but forgot how close he came in 88 despite injury. I remember him whistling, saying he felt shit at BBCSPOTY and the T shirt but forgot all the negative press.

Yeah, I hadn’t realised how close he came in ‘88 either. Seems like he’d have walked it if he hadn’t had the injury.
I remembered Hingsen getting disqualified but forgot it was 3 false starts! You wouldn’t think that’s possible.

Watching the 3 false starts it was almost as if he wanted to get disqualified. It is crazy when they can get disqualified after 1 false start that the computer might pick up & looks OK when you see it.

I did wonder if he just bottled it. Yeah, one and a disqualification seems especially harsh.
I need to make a concerted effort to watch this years Olympics. My interest in other sports seems to have drifted somewhat over the years.

Went to see Longlegs last night. Really enjoyed it, proper creepy and brilliantly shot.
Bet Nicholas Cage had a lot of fun playing his character as well

Really recommend if you're into horror/thrillers
