Can't wait for the new series, shame it's the last but it has a limited run by definition anyway. I think it's surpassed Breaking Bad by a good distance after the last series

Spoiler for anyone who doesn't follow the show's social media

Walter White and Jesse will appear

Currently have on the burn;

Euphoria - pretty hard going at times and the nudity makes Game of Thrones look like the Wombles. But some excellent performances from a young cast. Shades of the movie Kids about it, but for the 2020s.

The Sinner - couple of episodes into season 1 but it’s shaping up to be decent.

The Muhammad Ali documentary series on BBC 1.
If Ken Burns made a documentary on someone buttering a slice of toast it would be compelling viewing.

Anyone been watching SAS: Who dares wins?
Still pretty good compared to previous series but not too sure on the new ex-US Marine guy

I watched Dopesick over the weekend and thought it was excellent, despite me knowing the OxyContin/Sackler story inside out. Some great performances.

I’ve also watched Pam and Tommy which was a lot better than I expected, particularly after a shaky first couple of episodes. That had been on the list since I read Motley Crew’s book and then watched the film earlier this year. Not a fan of the music but their story and the excesses are pure entertainment.

Yes the wife recently subscribed to Disney+ for the kids.

Just watched the first two…really good. It’s definitely one of my favourite series.

I watched El Camino yesterday, as sort of preparation. It was decent. Well worth a watch I thought. Forgot how scary Jesse Plemons is in Breaking Bad.

Didn't know it was Burns. That's going on now.

I sat through 15 hours of baseball because of him.

I found it very confusing, but maybe that is just me.

It's been two years since the last series and I had forgotten so much. In the past, Netflix have done a previous season recap, but they haven't here, so I was wondering what the hell was going on .

Just all coming together for me now.

It's a shame, because if I had that recap I would have loved it.

Two years is a long time at my age. I can't even remember where I left my slippers this morning

Saw the Many Saints of New York last night. Not massively impressed to be honest, although I think that may be because I set the bar as the excellent the Irishman rather than going in Sopranos fanboy mode. Decent enough though.

Last week we watched the last episode of the previous series, which helped a little. There were quite a few “Aah yeah” moments…as we recalled certain characters and storylines.
Definitely couldn’t remember some bits though.

I enjoyed it, but both my daughter and I found the ending a little confusing and a let down.

Up to that point it was great.

Yeah, we thought the same. I think there’s usually one or two in a series where they’re a bit ambiguous.
Looking forward to seeing the rest!

This and Better Call Saul and our TV viewing should be good for a few weeks!
