There's a massive rift in the camp, they don't like that he tells the senior players to press with him. Huge falling out, only Milan is talking to him.

I got that 4th hand.

Had a look at the two times he went down in the penalty are, second one a huge dive - tbh deserved a yellow. First one their play had his arm across him and pushed him over. Seen penalties given for less.

From where we are in 32 you could tell he got the touch on it as soon as it happened - but a cracking ball in.

Got to say, it’s not the kind of goal to endear you to your team mates, getting a millimetre of shin pad on a ball that’s going in anyway.

If you look at it again, whether Bassette got a touch or not makes no difference. The CB would have cleared it if Bassette had not been there.

Mate what king of baffling take it that? He's a striker, he's going to make sure that's going in, he doesn't know it's going in.

Personally if we have a player in the position below i very much hope he tries to score even if it risks his team mate's endearment...

Also significantly more than a shin pad

With all the hoo ha going on from the "experts" in the conventional media, I think the refs will be looking out for him as a bad boy (which he is).

Im not telling him not to do it, just when there’s doubt as to whether you even touched it you aren’t going to get everyone running over to celebrate.

Judging the change of angle and where it hits in the side netting, I think it may be going just wide if he doesn't touch it.

Why is this a big deal? We know for sure he played the ball. Imagine the shit on here if he’d left it and said”I thought it was going in”
