1) why does Ben only wear £20 gloves with the money he is on? Why isn’t he wearing the best ones as per all the other goalies?
2) why didn’t he know PRIOR to the pen shootout about the rules around standing on your line? Surely you should know the rules going into such a big game like that, also coaches should have gone through every rule with them. Also, why only be studying pens the day before? This was the richest game in football!!
Granted, the pens were out of reach.
3) if Vaseline gives such an advantage, why not wear it on match day? I understand about not doing it in training so you get used to handling it without but match day, that’s serious! If every other goalkeeper says it’s a game changer why be so stubborn? If the ball is so slippy and a new ball is used every game why won’t you?

All up though, Ben seems a very likeable guy, he’s gone up in my estimations and glad he’s with us but yeah, the things listed above should be addressed, we should be capitalising on every single one percent advantage
