They both may never make it to the PL, but I don't get what makes you think he would play higher.
Thats because we were playing with one less player until Kelly came on. Hamer was clearly injured and completely anonymous. I must say I didnt really notice Gadner-Hickman, I was more impressed with the right winger who was tearing Maatsen a new one.Garner-Hickman bossed that midfield Saturday. He was brilliant.

Impossible to tell and much of it will come down to luck especially injuries. I feel Hamer is likely to go higher all things being equal. This is not criticising Sheaf as i have always felt he is a good player. But fir me Hamer has more natural ability and i wonder whether Sheaf's real lack of pace will stop him going so far as Hamer.Sheaf will go onto play at a higher level than Hamer in the long-term.
