I love bellew's passion but he is just a decent passionate domestic fighter, with limited skills to boot.
Haye would easily beat him. I would even lay a bet that it would be in the first 2 rounds too
Cruiserweight is probably the best division at the sport at the minute, there's probably 7-10 world class fighters in it which is very rare. Bellew loses to all of them for probably 200k. He could lose to Haye for a couple of million quid, makes sense to chase it, but it doesn't end well.
Did anyone watch the fight before the six rounder where the punchbag knocked over the up coming boxer, they said the journeyman didn't want to get knocked out as he is fighting next weekend.
It wasn't, BJ Flores isn't even a top 25 Cruiserweight. And some of the knockdowns looked very suspicious. He should have fought his mandatory last night.

This was my point, it was a solid straight forward victory. He didn't break sweat and put the guy on his ass numerous times. Then he shoots his mouth off like he has just beaten someone decent
The only winner in a Bellew v Haye fight is the bank manager. As much as I dislike him Haye is a blueprint on how to make big money in boxing with little risk. His record of selling seats/PPVs against fighters like Chisora, Audley and John Ruiz speaks for itself. He even sold out the o2 fighting the last two binmen on dave.
Bellew knows that he is sitting on a belt with genuine danger from any challenger, he must have thought his chance at mega money went out of the window in his defeat to Stevenson, he isn't going to waste this opportunity. If/when it happens I will be loading up Haye, especially if its at heavy!
