8 Stellas, 5 double gin & tonics, 2 bottles of red, 2 pints Thatchers Gold and a bag of dry roasted please.

And a Guinness.

That's it, order the Guiness last, then moan when we haven't got time to let it settle properly...

We have many pubs out here that have self service taps on the tables too. Not sure if that ever took off back home? Then the 'score' for each table is shown on the projector screen.

Well, I’ve not seen that before...maybe I don’t get out enough (pre lockdown of course). Looks like a decent place that!

For this to work you have to have cup holders on the seat in front. Otherwise the beer will go up in the air when a goal is scored.

They manage it here in Italy, vendors come round selling them.

Based on the last WC some will intentionally do it...with their phones poised ready to film it, of course.

Been to a few top rugby games at Twickenham and the City of London stadium in the last few years and beer drinking rugby fans are a total pain in the bollocks. They're forever getting up for another tray of beers for them and their mates then many times going off to the bog to make more space for the next set of lagers to be bought. You simply can't get to concentrate on the game. Really dont need that at a footy game.

One of the (several) reasons I hate Twickenham and haven't been for 20 years. It's bad enough at the Butts.
I save my drinking for the evening (especially with a prostate the size of Hampshire).

Plenty have done it in the concourse in the past. Also a lot did it watching the WC in England.

Watching football in a pub is not watching live football either.

There was one in Verona years ago, you could get unlimited beer between 18-21:00 for €25, a couple of my cousins from Limerick visited for a week and they banned us within an hour of our second consecutive night in there.
