Apparently Purity approached to take over all the beer supplies replacing Heineken. We are the only ground in the country too to have hand pulled beer apparently.

How much was a Madri? Didn't bother buying anything last night.

£5.40.

I couldn't tell the difference to be honest.

Drinking beer from a plastic 'glass' is never the best experience, but after that first half...need's must.

Why would there be a reduction in cost? I genuinely dont understand your point.
Madri is a premium lager that you would struggle to find anywhere for £5.00 and most pubs charge £5.50 for a pint.

£3.50 in The Hub. Just a bit far at half time.

Your point is well made though, when you're a captive audience it's either what's on offer or nothing.

Exactly, it's a huge mark up.

Drinking is very expensive these days but £5.40 is still expensive.

It's a new supplier, there's a good chance there would be a change of cost. The two pint for £10.80 is a joke too. At least make it a tenner.

Was it Sky Blue Army lager? If so, we should be getting our cut from the profits.

For Madri?

SBA lager is £2.99 in Tavern but £4.50 in Brewery. Rest of beers aren't too dissimilar in price. They only do the £3 pint to get people through the door in town. Been very busy last few times I've been in though. Packed Friday night before Enemy.

Hopefully the Purity bars don’t disappear because there’s no way I’m drinking Dhillons.

Both dogshit.

I’ve resorted to cans of rum and Coke the last couple of games. Shameful really.

Hmm I heard pouring a quarter of the pint, leaving it for 10/20 minutes/until someone asks for one and then topping up the rest was how Guinness was originally intended...
