Stuff that! Perhaps in the summer, but who would want to travel and sit in the cold to watch the tele? If they put it on at the Showcase it might be worth considering. In fact I think I would prefer the Showcase to Gresty Road!

No it hasn't. It's pencilled in, but as there are two games in the CL scheduled they are not sure. They might do CL red button match choice as they have done before.

I wouldn't mind watching it on a big screen in the Jaguar hall or something. They could make some money by charging a quid entry and selling beers!

This would be a disaster, they don't have anyone called Scotty working at the Club.

As I posted on another thread last week, the Jag Hall has a projector that could easily be viewed by a few thousand.

Never saw the sheff utd one. But remember watching the villa one in the concourse of the east stand got covered in beer and got ever so slightly tipsy. After that the gaffer gave 3 of us the morning off to go and que for sheff utd tickets (the home game). Never forget waiting for tickets as remember some plonker trying to turn around in there car and drove into a chain that was across the car park entrance to the sky blue tavern.

I went up mate and two things i always remember about that game are Moldovan missing a two yard header and that if roland nilsson had put it into row z in the 90 min they wouldnt have got the ball to cross for the late late equaliser! 90% of their fans had left, they all can running back into ground......Gutted

Lets just wrap the game up in the first leg, big crowd and a big scoreline second leg an easy game.............

But we all know city. 0-0 at home!

I remember watching Newcastle v Cov at HR when away fans werent allowed into St James

We lost 4-0, and Alex Mathie bagged at least 2.

cant see ACL being too keen on letting us use the hall unless we pay up front!!! Then again they could just run it themselves although then a few fans won't be happy if Ccfc are getting nothing
