Didn’t Bayliss play right midfield most of the time in 2017/18?

Inside right midfield of a 442, which we don't play anymore.....What's your point?

That he can play in more positions than “his own little role”

That's the only role he can play and is exactly what i was talking about. Can't figure out if you're agreeing with me, or just trying some passive aggressive shit?!

You said Shipley can play on the left which we don’t play either.

Bore off now. It's undeniable that Shipley offers flexibilty and can adequately cover a few positions.

He can play right midfield and centre midfield, so he can play more than one position, whether you think he’s good in those positions is a different matter.

Did you rate his performances playing next to Kelly last year? Did he feature on the wing last season? You're talking trollope. If Robins saw Bayliss as a CM he wouldn't have signed Allen.

You're a fucking drip. Could someone with no technical ability have done that, could you have done it for example?

Only wrong on this thread is saying Shipley isn’t a good football player. He will play at a higher level.

I used to think Ben Stevenson would too, and I’ll hold my hands up to that one. Shipley is proven to be a good player - goals, some important goals, and creation. How could he not be a decent player?

He’s forgotten equaliser at Luton. Goal at Sunderland, second goal at Wembley. Great player shipperz. Believe he changed the flow of play at Luton too, after coming on.

I've only played Saturday League in my life, but have seen even the worst players ping a screamer into the top corner out of the blue. Even a broken clock is right twice a day.

How did this thread descend into a Baylis vs Shipley debate?
FWIW I really rate Baylis and think he will go on to have a great career, BUT if we get an offer of £3million or more, AND we are allowed to re invest in the squad, I’d take it, and buy a couple of proven strikers, and I’d let Chaplin, Baka and Biamou go too.

Just defending myself pal. All i did was suggest Shipley makes the sale of Bayliss a bit easier to take. Now i've got some clown criticizing my appearance?!

You keep making light of it, trying to defuse the situation. One day you'll judge a book by its cover in the real world, and that book will end up breaking your jaw
