How tall is he? I'm fed up with seeing teams put a tall or average size winger up against JDS and winning every ball.

I don't think academy kids are the solution to any of our problems right now

I agree but I think keeping hold of Andrews and Dausch and not giving them any minutes is weird ?
I know we haven't been playing well but there have been times this season when we've had nothing to lose by throwing one of them on

We currently have a LB problem. I’d much rather have an actual LB there than Da Silva or Binks

He was looking really promising, but then suffered a bad injury and was out for quite some time.

Whether he can step up or not, it's hard to tell, but you would think he would need more time and maybe a loan somewhere first

Not really, they're only 18.

None of them seem to be particularly threatening to claim a place, Dausch and Andrews only appearances have been in nothing matches.

He may be an "actual LB" but he's 18 and never made a pro appearance.

The level our U21s are playing at is pretty poor too.

Agree but we could be surprised. One of the virtues of bringing Lampard in was his work with academy players (and U25s as a whole).

I think having them involved is part of their development. I think managers and coaches are better qualified in how to develop players and they do work with them everyday.

I am sorry but fans will try anything out of desperation, but they rarely have real solutions to on field problems.
