is the kid ant good? i havn't seen him play yet,

i'm guessing hes technically gifted but lazy, after the cracker he scored and seing a terrible lack of commitment in the build up to the crewe goal! reckon di canio wouldave given him a slap

I think he's got some real quality. Until he gets tired he shows great control, vision and composure. Though when he tires around the 60th,he really is best brought off until he gets that fitness fully.

Only time will tell... lots of ability.. not sure as he wont turn out to be a luxury.. one we cant afford in this league.. hope his ability is matched by fitness levels and work ethic as the season unfolds.

It's his first games back from a double broken leg, he will take a while to be match fit, seems to always have time on the ball

And if he's playing to quite a good level so far while still being off match fitness then imagin what he's going to be like once he's completely fit!

I like him but I do worry that he is a bit of a luxury player.

Got ability, but only shows it in flashes.

Probably one the better signings. He and the three from Scotland look capable. I have my concerns about all the others.

As mentioned above, not fully fit but looks like hes got plenty of quality. Young lad so could be very good

I agree with you about Kilbane, Ball and Mcgoldrick looking worrying but i think the 2 French Defenders look like decent players.

like Barton think he will be a smashing player for us, in games we are winning he will really punish teams with his technical abilty and passing, games were we are losing and a shift is needed may be the only concern but time will tell.

Mcgoldrick and Ball looking worrying after probably less than 90 minutes between them? :thinking about:

So McGoldrick has played half an hour in a team where everyone was already playing shit, and he looks worrying? The mentality of our fans worries me more than any of our players.

Barton looked really composed against Birmingham and looked happy to get stuck in. I haven't seen Mcgoldrick yet but he looks to be a decent striker.

The Coventry mentality strikes again.
Isn't Kilbane equal top goalscorer?
Has Ball played longer than 20 minutes in any game where he has come on as a sub?
Is the ink dry on the McGoldrick loan deal yet?
FFS give the lads (man) a break:facepalm:!!!
