Went there last season. Not bad food and the staff are friendly. Overlooking the swimming pool.

My first away trip of the season, got a good feeling. We've won every away game my son has been to (only two but it was Man U & Bburn)

Yes it is. If you walk up the hill from the ground (which is kind of in the middle of a crater) and head for Barnsley Premier Leisure ltd. Not sure which direction but the building's fairly easy to spot (seriously - just checked on Google maps it's about 100m from the right of the away stand)

The bar at the leisure centre is at the top of the Jill where all the coaches park. Don't think you'll have much trouble finding it.

I'm staying at my brother and sister-in-law's this weekend, but it's Derbyshire so only a 40 min journey from there and shouldn't be a problem getting a pass out, but I haven't mentioned it yet and will leave it until Saturday if I can pay on the gate. It will be an "oh I've just realised Cov are at Barnsley and had a good idea. Would anyone like to go ... ?"
