I agree totally AV is totally involved in how we play and getting the players prepared for the game Monday to Friday but I think when it comes down to selection MR is in controlDisagree,I think AV has a massive impact on team selection. We moved Walker out purely because we wanted to sign a player on a long deal - we’ve reduced our wage bill in tbe short term to buy Bidwell in the long term
