1-1 Samuel. Barnsley have won 3 on the trot and have a new manager, it's his first home game I think.

3-2 City after losing 2-0 at Half time and Mowbray comes down from the stands to give an inspirational team talk which turns it around for City. ( Samuel x1, Williams x1 and Fleck with a 30 yard dipping volley in the 93rd min )

Barnsley on a good run and looking to win tonight but something tells me our lot will want to achieve something in front of the new boss.
Maybe we will scrape it 1-2. The lads should be up for this after Saturday and the TM factor.

2-2. New manager syndrome for both teams.

its a real footballism to say "we have a good record v ......"

Its a nonsense really. Its a different game, players and mangers.

part of the footy culture though innit?

its now football law that new managers watching from the stands for the first time always pop down at half time to give a pep talk.
