Band needed at party in NW Leics (1 Viewer)

I’m having an outdoor party in late August and the Brit pop /mod band playing have split up…. My other banker is away and I’m struggling to find someone. It’s a long shot but anyone know of a band that would play for 2 hours to about 150 peeps at an outdoor event over near Kegworth. Obvs I’ll pay the rate and provide beer. Food etc. just starting to panic that it might be me with me spoons and an upturned saucepan!! Oh if coming from Cov I’ve got a bus coming there and back!!

I can put you onto my mate Danny Ansell (Log in to Facebook) to see if him and his band are available?

He plays all indie stuff and has loads of his own as well.

There are loads of cover bands in Coventry who are quite good. You need to list the music you want and a playlist. A good band will tell you what they play and if they are any good will tell you what will work to get the party going. A great band will be able to judge the crowd and really get things moving. Watch out for bands that play for themselves and absolutely no drum, bass, guitar, solos. Another thing you need to specify, are you providing the PA? It makes a big difference to the cost.
