Heads up for those who have season tickets in the balcony Street Bar, just had an email from the club, for the Preston game the balcony Street Bar, Premier Lounge will not be available to anyone as they've got an event going on.

They will have to use the Curve Lounge and sit in Block B.

My assumption here is that this was an arrangement that had been in place before Mr King took ownership of the CBS, if not then it's very poor and bordering on contempt. I have written an email expressing my annoyance to Priya, I'll let you know what she says.

Yes that's exactly what happened, I phone the club and they said, the event was booked before Doug King bought the club.

Pretty sure this game was never meant to be the 11th Feb in the first place - It was Tuesday the 10th and pushed back 24hrs

Eitherway, the lounge was probably let out before the club brought The Arena

I guessed that was the case, but they still should have informed us about it earlier than 7 days, don't you think?

Again during my conversation on the phone with the club, apparently we were told last August.

The club are saying we've got to sit in Block B, isn't that where Club Coventry season ticket holders sit.

Medical Technology UK 2026, sounds exciting.

No doubt booked at least a year in advance, probably more.

Be interesting to see how they handle this moving forward. They won't want to turn down bookings which will be made way before the fixtures are released but also won't want to piss off corporate now they can't place the blame elsewhere.

Surely they’ve got to offer a refund here?

Same thing happened last season, a couple of times at least. It’s pretty poor only telling us 6 days beforehand, but at least it’s only one game this season. I understand changing room but never really understand why they can’t find a way of providing access to the Balcony Seats still?

So if ever there was a day to have a medical emergency during a match, this would probably be it.

Your point about access to Balcony Seats, I did raise that point during the conversation with the club, they said,

They will look into it to see if we can access our seats and that they would get back to me by Tuesday.
