He said he hoped to be when someone saw him in the executive lounge, but I can't see that he would be anything like being fit or close to fitness.

The problem with Bell is that he is technically gifted but cannot do it when it really matters ie. in games on a Saturday. Throughout history many players have suffered this problem.
