Not unless its consider 'frivolous'. Sure that word was used, but only when Man United had a high profile player sent off

When I saw it again it looked a bit worse than I initially thought in real time. However there was a tackle on Fleck in the first half which was MUCH worse and didn't even get a free kick!!

Also their CB should have been sent off in the penalty incident, last man and denied a goalscoring opportunity.
