I think Pressley said they are doin it now to get him back for the last 5/6 games rather than risk worsening it and being out for the remainder of the season

He has been playing on injections for some while now so im not surprised to see hes finally going in for surgery. I suspect the injections can only help him for so long, and too many may have a negative on a players future fitness?

Do you not think that McSheff. getting the armband would inspire him to be more involved and thus add to his performances? Just a thought. It seemed to work for Baker.

I fear not. I thought dropping down to league one would change him into a player who looked like a reasonable player. Hasnt happened this far into the season....
