Of course you want the thread closed. Everyone knows why.

Your ridiculing if CCFC fans and gloating about a defeat finishes you on here now.

Time for you to leave the forum.

Really ?
If gloating on this thread is a problem you would be long gone.
You started it, if you can't take an alternative view you should not have started it.

Don't make me laugh about leaving the forum

Toe the line for what? Nobody has said anything that you must agree. Just stop being such a hypocritical fool.

All of this tow the line, freedom of speech crap is standard WUM tactics when they are found out.

The fact is that your view is only your view because you make money from it, it wouldn't be the same view if you didn't.

A rather pathetic reply, yet again dripping in pomposity.

It appears that the vast majority of CCFC fans are against the franchise even being in the city. We all know how much abuse you gave those who attended Sixfields and shouted from the rooftops about your 'morals'. Yet, funnily enough, when the chance to get some cash in your pocket your morals seemingly disappeared completely.

Then you come on a CCFC forum to gloat about the franchise?

Vile.

Wow.

That's pretty low, mate. No need for that, whatsoever. Taking an impish delight in the dwindling fortunes of your club is quite astonishing.

I think Italia you have seriously missed the point.

If you think its a pathetic thread, try proving the point by not gloating about your own teams performance, it makes you look a complete idiot. I am incredulous that a fan of their own team can mock it when they lose.

Frankly you look like you have lost the plot in trying to prove a point. There are better ways of doing it, try another.

Surely the contrary argument that Wasps are classified by attendances and performances at the start of this thread no longer applies.

I attend CCFC home and away and Wasps at home so surely I can point this out.
I'm not happy that my team is underperforming but I think that we need to build bridges with wasps not keep burning them.

It's not ideal, but we have no choice so lets move it on. Removal of this thread is a start.

Why? Because you don't agree with it? You used to try and make out it was 5 or 6 people on here who didn't like Wasps. Interesting the other day with that time capsule just how many have a dislike.

Must have ran into dozens.
The point people miss is if they are here to stay we will need to work with them at some point.
No gonna happen with Sisu though until the legals have stopped.

The club are working with them, I am pretty sure they are all there bowing down to them for maintaining their own land like you were.

Of course the club will work with them, but why can't people dislike them? You were going into like overdrive when people were slagging off fans who went to Sixfields, but you want people slagging Wasps off to be removed?

I agree, you may have a point about the classification of attendances, if it is used just as a stick to try to beat Wasps with, but if people argue the point with reasoned logic looking at the real issues it could have on their buisness model then I think it is a valid point.

I also think the point you make about going to both clubs, does give you an insight there that others may not have, but to do it by mocking your football clubs result is clearly not they way to do it, and has just fanned the flames of those you think are reactionary and its has just fuelled their fire.

As for asking for people to support building bridges with Wasps, good luck with that, as surely you must see that no matter how many times you say it, there is a number of people on the site, both vocal and not, who dont wish that to happen, regardless of the potential benefits or pitfalls that may have.

I also presume you realise that if this thread was closed, another would crop up. There are those that support Wasps stance like yourself, while there are clearly others that dont, whilst others just wish them well on a return to the London area.

I don't want anybody to be removed.
I never slagged off fans going to Sixfields. I only pointed out that Sisu plan (ACL Stressing) relied on them attending and keeping us in Northampton.
Wasps will be our landlords for a long time to come, so we may as well start to build bridges and stamp our CCFC mark at the Ricoh.
Obviously Sisu can't do this and take CCC/Wasps to court in JR1/JR2 but at some point we will make a start.

CCFC - 5th out of 24
Wasps - 5th out of 12

CCFC - last league attendance 11,138, same fixture last season 6,885, closest date fixture last season 7,606
Wasps - last league attendance 13,040, no fixture against same opposition last season, closest date fixture last season 16,116

So both teams in the same position in their respective leagues however one league is half the size of the other.

CCFC attendance shows a big increase from both the same fixture last season and the nearest fixture to the same date. Wasps shows a decline.

Okay sorry .... we are 49th.

It means nothing. Each are liked by there own fans and both sets of fans want whats best for their team.
All the thread does is give some satisfaction in our terrible situation but it is divisive and we should start to build bridges.
