I'm being told on Twitter that a club playing away from home, get a cut of the away tickets sales? Never heard of that in league games. Can't be right surely?

The club gets a small % (no more than 5%) to cover costs of selling the tickets.

Scunthorpe will receive 5% on advance sales for tickets they sell for our place, but nothing if their fans purchase on the day - it says it on their website
