We took a fair few when Armstrong scored that quality lob
We got kept in for ages after the game tbf, that was the season it kicked off there every gameI don’t recall seeing any trouble that day, it’s generally a safe place to go if you’re sensible
I think the last time I was there were about 400 at the very most.We took about 2500 for the first game we played at the new den in 2001 but nothing like that since.
I went on a Tuesday night about 2004/05, think it was a 0-0 draw and there was no more than that thereI think the last time I was there were about 400 at the very most.
Yeah that was the one!I went on a Tuesday night about 2004/05, think it was a 0-0 draw and there was no more than that there
We went in I think 2008sh and we filled the top tier behind the goal, not sure how many that holds ‘possibly 1500, lower tier was closed. We took about 2500 for the first game we played at the new den in 2001 but nothing like that since.
I have been to many away games only trouble Ive had is with fellow City supporters oh and West Ham in the league cup.
Assuming 23 awaydays a season (plus a couple of cupties), that extrapolates to over 20 years of hardcore support.I’ve been to well over 500 away games (mostly on the train), and even more home games, and I can count the altercations I’ve had on one hand. You can’t always avoid the bell ends but if you try to the trouble you find yourself in is very minimal. I’ve seen plenty over the years but managed to steer clear off it.
Maybe it's because we've had twice as many away games as the other teams for years?Good isn't it these days really ?
Let's be honest so far this season vocally it's been very impressive , Yes we do lack numbers of some bigger clubs however some very nice comments about us all over social media and on away day sites on Facebook too .
Would you say that as of today the away support is the best it's ever been at the club .
It's currently the best I can remember but it's been building for a few years now.
We've one of the better away followings outside the top flight surely now when you balance numbers with vocals
There are clubs with bigger numbers , but that doesn't mean better

Good work fella.
Agree with your point about trouble too. Only time I've seen it spill over to people who weren't interested was when Cardiff came to Highfield Road. Horrible cunts.
Let's wait and see
West brom
Forest
Blues
Derby
Sheffield United
Bristol city
Possibly Middlesborough
Can't be many more , couple of them will be close
Hiighest away support at the weekend.

So if we'd have had the extra 800 tickets to QPR, we would have had the highest away attendance last weekend?
Birmingham's numbers at Barnsley make ours look a lot less impressive.
I think the ticket situation didn't help the Barnsley away attendance for us .. 1 per member , have to reate account etc .
Blues generally have good support away anyway
