Great knowledge!! Its my absolute dream kit both as a kid and now and I hope to god the club do a retro asap, it would be a best seller I am certain.

The yellow Talbot
was another rare kit, think it was only worn once against Everton.

Everton were sponsored by a Danish tinned meat company Hafnia during their glory years and first league title for a generation.

Commercial benefits were largely
Stymied by the fact that Hafnia wasn’t available in the UK. Nor did Everton have any Danish players.

Narnia would have made more sense.
