Away goals? (2 Viewers)

This has probably been discussed so apologies but do away goals count double if it ends all square after both legs? And does it count before or after extra time? Actually, is there extra time at all? Questions, questions.

I know there is extra time in this but not sure about away goals. Guessing same as the League Cup and they only count after extra time.

Looks like, for the Area Finals, away goals count the same as home goals, and it's penalties after 90 mins if it's a tie after the 2nd leg (which perhaps presents the home team to the 2nd leg with an advantage).

No away goals and no extra time.. Straight to pens if all square after 2nd leg.
