Autos please. Play offs are awful, and it's just a complete lottery

Sunderland had a pretty similar run last season. Dropped into the playoffs after being top 2 for ages. Didnt turn out badly for them did it?

They dropped out of the auto positions in November not to return again.

We are still favourites with the bookies to lift the title...

The bookies haven’t been watching the performances then.

5 points above ipswich and hull with hull still to play. i think we can keep that gap, couldnt care less if Boro overtake us tbh

Be nice though if Boro don't win tonight.

That would put more pressure on us. A draw or defeat for them means we go into next Monday's game still top.

If Boro were to win this evening, therefore overtaking us tonight at the top, I think we would feel more pressure to win next week.

I mean, the one thing I will say is that we still get to play both M'boro and Hull so opportunity to affect something.
Although how much affect we currently possess is debatable.

Can't see Middlesbrough beating both Sheffield United and us away. They will surely slip up somewhere,
Ipswich have got Wrexham and Watford away coming up so you'd expect will drop points too.

Annoying we've let the gap collapse, but still well in this
