Very early start to next season. Will still be on the beach. Only 13 weeks and we can all start dreaming again. Let's hope it's not a nightmare !!!!!

Let's hope so Nick. Maybe Blackpool or Fleetwood away, if they stop up. Nice day at the sea side.

I cannot wait to go to Shitfields. Looking forward to a big invasion of Northampton and then MK Dons. Two great away fixtures next season.

What's the away allocation at Sixfields? Could we take more than when we were playing 'home' games there?

Not sure but you would expect us to take 3 or 4 thousand if tickets available.

cant take 3-4k, the Northampton away end holds 850, and if demand requires then an extra 300

That would be nice.

Would probably take the kids up with us and make a weekend. Everything was closed for Blackpool this year

That's the weekend I'm back from Cornwall, I predicted a early season start so convinced the mrs to book first 2 weeks of the half term! Just hope for a nice fixture now!
Blackpool if they survive end of September for the lights, another sweetener!

Any idea of the date the fixtures are announced?
Usually mid June isn't it?

It'll have to be a 'beam back' then, for the big local derby. Having said that, sky will surely want to get their mitts on this one?

Statement to what? Can't we all just drop Northampton now. Say we took 5k away fans and what?

Fixtures are out 22nd June.

Don't make plans for 20th May 2017, its the play off final

Northampton away end is limited. In past seasons they have overflowed away supporters around the corner, but now that stand has been rebuilt. the provision may be different (If it's open of course)

I think ST holders get first dibs on away tickets.

It just shows you how low we have fallen when we are playing Northampton in the league.

What have we sunk to? A few years ago we would have drawn them in a FA cup tie and laughed about how many we would put past them.

No outrage, no demos, its the SISU affect i suppose.

You mean like when we lost to them 2-1 in the first round last year? Or do you mean further back like 1990 when we got them in the 3rd round and they beat us 1-0?

We used to play them quite regualrly years ago didn't we? Also Northampton were promoted to the First dvision before us in the 60s.

Hardly a 'small' team compared to Crawley, Stevenage, Burton, Fleetwood, Accrington Stanley if they come up.

Get real, we are a mid table League One side. think it's quite pompous that you put down the likes of these teams when they are probably better than us in some cases, especially results wise.

It started 7th August last season, how is this an early start?

Feel free to correct me, but I'm pretty sure the 6th comes before the 7th.
