I'm not bothered about ACL. Never have been. Nor SISU for that matter. My heroes are Ralf Hutter, Florian Schneider, Karl Bartos, Wolfgang Flur, Pete Shelley, Steve Garvey, John Maher, Steve Diggle, John Foxx and Bill Nelson. Didn't realise they were clubbing together to build us a new stadium. Very nice of them.
Is there any evidence to back up Mr Fishers claims that he had agreed with the council to distress ACL? That would have been something I'd have been waving copies of of from every street corner but strangely that hasn't happened.
Aren't you feeling well?
I'm fine - are you well enough to give me that history lesson yet?
I actually replied to the original post. Can't you find it? Clue think Belgium.
You were going to enlighten me on how I had mixed up world wars - I am still waiting.
Yes shows what they have done to our club once people can't be bothered they will not Return We will end up f*cked where ever we go......
You keep making the same point in different threads. He doesn't need to because they have never denied it. I cannot be held responsible for the fact that there are people like yourself prepared to so slavishly absolve the council of any blame.
Fair enough I can't fault that logic and for the record I'm not absolving the council of anything, I'd like an independent investigation into each party in this mess.
It's just that if it were me I'd trying to attract as many fans as possible to Sixfields given the far lower revenue that the club is likely to receive there (lower capacity, cheaper tickets etc.). So showing those fans that have decided to go to an event in the Ricoh rather than travel that one of the two owners of the stadium reneged on a deal with me and aren't the whiter than white that they believe - would certainly be a tactic I'd use.
Perhaps they should publish it, but I can't help but feel most people would shrug and say so what. I'm not sure how they come back from this. I think this is important, but ultimately SISUs actions since that point have lost them any sympathy they might have had otherwise. Perhaps they should have made more noise about this at the time. Appreciate the classy response BTW, I had the grouch dial up to maximum when I made the last post.

So your not bothered about ACL just read your foot note don't see any mention of Sisu on there? :thinking about:
How many coventarians go to sixfield compare to outsiders, not many. Its our city our team support your own village our city does not need you

A bit like the headline agreement signed by the council and ACL agreeing to SISUs offer for a 50% stake in ACL?
Oh, no, that wasn't a contract was it, so you can renege on them whenever you want. Forgive me.
Sorry, couldn't resist.
The one Timmy claims he has a copy of but no one else has seen??
I thought you like to stick to the facts rather than gossip from either side?
Going round in circles though.

Were the parking restrictions in place for the ladies game? They weren't for the charity match 2 weeks ago.
*not trying to suggest in any way that the council used the football club as a cash cow when it played at the Ricoh. Heaven forbid
