From the first 5 home games we have had 60057 people in the Ricoh Arena.

This is an average of 12011 per game which is 1011 people more than the average we require

With the way we are playing at the moment I can see this only going in 1 direction.

Well done CCFC!

I think it will stay at between 10-13000 regardless of how well we play , and i believe that it will only be the last 4-5 home games dependant on league position when we will see 15-20,000..

Beat Yeovil and Fleetwood away and we should have a decent showing for the Blackpool game
Just need to keep the momentum, keep the confidence high and lets see where we end up!

I disagree, if there is a sniff or play-offs/auto promotion in March/April the crowds will be much bigger.

Still madness we are only getting 10,500 home fans the way we are playing!

Pre season friendly, saw 5-6 wasps shirts in Bedworth around 6pm. Also interesting to see a few ccfc 'fans' on my Twitter feed didn't come to the match on Saturday but did go to the wasps friendly......

There was a bloke in a wasps shirt, in the Tesco's car park with a trolley full of shopping just after the Cov game Saturday.

It's not, the damage is done with a lot of fans, no quick heal process for it either. It is what it is.

I get that but to be missing out on this season at home (so far) after putting yourself through years of crap only punishing themselves.

Correct. I think it's a decent crowd. 2 months of good winning football for 4-6 years of rubbish if not more. Doesn't add up.

I wouldn't say we are lucky to only get 10,500 fans but I think it's decent and it is what it is.

This month we could pick up a massive 18 points not saying we will but looking at the fixtures they are winnable. If that happens they would have to re open the Telegraph Stand.
Off to the bookies to see what odds I can get !

next 4 games - 1 at home and 3 away - I would be delighted with 7 points

Every game in this league is winnable, but unfortunately from a Coventry fan's perspective they are also loseable as we've proven many times! If the team can get a bit of consistency, particularly away (we've already got the home form sorted), then I think crowds will rise to 14/15k.

And me but I've got my positive head on today after looking at the fixtures for October. If we could just nick the away games 1-0 that would do me !

With an average increase of a 1000 per game will that be enough for Waggott to increase Mowbray's budget a little to strengthen squad come January for a New Year promotion push ?

I haven't been to a game yet. All time/effort/money gone to our wedding which is on Friday. I will be getting a match package ready when we are back from honeymoon though.

Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding Lewys, hope all goes well mate and you have a fantastic day and future together.
welcome to the marriage club mate, I've never looked back since I got married nearly 23 years ago, we've hardly had a row and had many many good times and had two wonderful kids, who obviously aren't kids anymore, I must remember to call them wonderful young adults from now on.

good luck once again

I have family who live in Lancaster who are city fans. They were not impressed with me when the fixtures were released and it turns out they will be down here when City are playing up there

Think he meant on average a 1000 more than the target? I like the idea that we're now running or trying to run ourselves without any gifts from owners. In my opinion it feels like the club is ours again. That it's destiny and future lies with us the fans.
